Wallpapers have come a long way from the static image they used to be years ago. Animated wallpapers are the new in-thing. You can see a rain shower, screen bubbles, billowing wind, cute cartoon wallpapers characters as flash or animated wallpapers. They are so much fun than the typical images. Screensavers are also one type of wallpapers that appear when your PC is static for 5 or more minutes (according to your settings). They actually prevent overuse of power. Just be sure that the wallpapers or screensavers are not too big in size or they will hamper system's performance.
